Could you or someone else provide clip of ipod "profile" encoded video so we can test.
For me provided videos and with my own settings (basically same as wikis handbrake profile) encoded trailers work quite good on default player, but kmplayer plays them without jerkyness.
And how I can test video streaming?

mikec file you provided doesn't work and looks like i have to reboot because i cant play any video file anymore
.edit
kmplayer plays still nicely.
A few people with problems playing videos or streaming videos that used to work in PR1.0. I have had problems with ipod encoded videos from handbrake, whereas the included videos and ones from my camera work just fine.
Others do not seem to have problems, so I wanted to see if this is related to the OTA update vs a direct flash using PC
By the way a work around for me is to use either KM Player or Canola, where the all vids seem to play sweet.
