I'm asking this because the one i got are completely different than the one that are on the nokia site. There are not even nokia logo on them. They are all black in-ear ordinary headphones. As i can see on nokia's site, there are white parts of the headphones. So please if anyone can take a picture of your headphones and post it here, i would be very thankful.

The ones that are on this picture are different than the ones we got.

yeah the ones for the N900 are pretty lame, one length of the headphone wire is waaayy longer than the other. Everybody laughed when i pulled them out. Had to get some Skullcandy!

Yeah, i agree that they are lame. But the reason why one wire is longer than other is because that microphone is close to your mouth so you can speak.

It's kind of strange that many people don't understand why one wire is longer than the other. The long wire goes around the back of the neck and fits in the opposing ear. This means when you take them out - eg when you need to talk to someone - they don't fall to the floor. I actually prefer my headphones to have this design.

I hate these headphones where one side is longer. Unfortunately this design seems to be standard among smartphone headsets. HTC ships the same crappy design with their phones.
