Might have been able to help but from Royal Mail guidelines for Italy (if you still reside there) equipment containing lithium batteries is prohibited item:

Hi aspergerguy,

thanks for your reply. It's strange what you sai because I've bought some batteries from UK and I've got no problems...

I was thinking that a proper packaging and the correct label was the correct way for shipping but as maybe I'm wrong.

Does FedeEx or similar permit you to send with special packages?
