I bought my N810 about 2 months ago. I install a bunch of apps and my memory goes down. I delete the apps but its still the same. I install Debian in there (IMG on card) and it goes down. So I uninstalled Debian but it is still down. Next my internal memory card deletes everything i have on there. Good thing I backed up internal memory card on computer but the question is why!?!?!? Plz help I only got 49.4mb left.

Have you deleted the debian image file? Uninstalling is not enough, the image file will remain in the internal memory card.

Then you may be suffering the corrupt mmc problem.
Since you already have a backup of your internal mmc, I'd suggest formatting it and recovering from backup.
