I heard Toshiba makes good memory devices. And class 4 (speed) should be sufficient for mobilephone use.

I've got Kingston and Sandisk uSD cards. If you plan to run Meego then go for the fastest card you can afford.

I'm not sure who is the OEM for "Nokia" micro SDs. But 8Gb class 6 at USD18 should be really worth it!

The Speed Classes define three minimum sustained write speeds in next generation SD Cards. The SD Speed Class is shown as a "C" with a numeral inside, on the card and its packaging, above and to the right of the capacity rating.
