It would more useful to have any kind of binary emulator in order to run Symbian applications in Maemo. in the same way as Wine.

As most of the libraries are already open source (Qt) and the OS source is also available, it should be easier than creating a full emulation layer such as Wine only by reverse engineer.

You're right! If something like that is started, let me know, and I'll surely wanna help! (I doubt I can start it - I don't even know where to start )
