hello,
my nokia came back from the nokia center (usb broke for the second time)

now im totally unable to connect up to 3G or higher. its stuck on 2.5. i tested everywhere i used to have 3.5G. even my old old sony erricson does.

the first time nokia repaired my phone maemo was totally unusable i had to reinstall.

do you think it's a software issue or i must wait 4weeks again ??

Chances are it won't be the same phone that you sent back, as they would have replaced the handset rather than repair the USB port.

Try pulling the SIM card and powering the phone up without it for a few minutes, then replace the SIM and try again.
If that doesn't solve the problem try going into "Settings"-> "Phone" scroll down to "Network" and double check the settings and also try a manual network search, while you're there.

As Munkiii said.

Force your phone to select 3G all the time.

I had the same problem after PR 1.3 and Nokia's meddling.
