I don't see how those files would have anything to do with your problem

I think my problem solved
For now I can access and download from nokia store via 3G.. I think it's happens because I used this files. Maybe it's changing some restriction for my country
Now I'm happy.. I will test it again by restoring my orig. files and I'll update here..
