Usually that means that input file is truncated and/or corrupted.

does knots stop processing that file on error? may be could be a default thumbnail for files that cannot be parsed properly

I fixed the dvb-channels disappearing bug. html-frontend is supposed to be used with a browser

i mean when you use html front end on a windows machine with internet explorer. IE caches ajax requests. you can fixid usually by adding some random char at the end of ajax urls.

Not a priority, but I've been meaning to work on the html-frontend so I'll see what I can do. And please, submit bug reports to http://github.com/solmis/knots/issues so it's easier for me to keep track of them.

Worked it out!

I was using XP's built-in decompression function initially. I extracted the files from the archive using 7Zip instead and we now have lift-off. Thanks!

Hi,

I was able to run the knots server and access it using localhost:1978

But when I goto settings and click "Add Directory" i get this error.

The error is :-

undefined method `exits?' for File:Class

WEBrick/1.3.1 (Ruby/1.8.7/2008-08-11) OpenSSL/0.9.8k at localhost:1978

Close the server with ctrl-c, open cmd and cd into knots folder, run 'git pull' and try again. Pretty bad typo
