How awesome would it be to have something like this for the N810??

Well, the N810's D-Pad is not on the "wrong side", but this controller may be easier to use. And if all those keys are programmable, it could be a way of getting around awkward keyboard configurations of games designed for a desktop keyboard. For $15, how could you lose?

OK, after seeing this, linked to from here, I realized that the device is purely mechanical, not electronic at all. When you push buttons on the gripper, it's pushing whatever buttons on your hardware keyboard happen to be below the gripper. That means whatever game you're playing needs to allow you to remap movement & action keys in order for the gripper to be useful.
