Yeah, nothing is going on...

I haven't been able to update my phone the normal way for about a year now (whatever the update after last year July's update was). I must have messed with some system file but I can't remember. Now I always just do system updates with
Code:
ssu re whatever.the.release.number.is
version --dup
Works well, and you can keep using your phone as it's being updated!

A quote from simo in TJC:

Sailfish OS version 1.1.9, including the user interface of Sailfish OS 2.0 just without Partner Space, is planned to be released for Jolla Phones during September 2015.

Now had time to update.
Started update about hour ago and now if I open screen theres nothing?
Is it updated but cant doesnt show homescreen? Or is it just updating but update bar is broken?

Edit: Send myself message and screen turned on for few seconds but no sound or led flashing.
Edit2: I changed ambiance without screen showing anything (just saw lock icon change color as that's only thing I can see) I think it safe to try reboot?
Edit3: I ssh:d to my jolla and restarted homescreen and it started working fine.

Hi vistaus/others,

Moved your discussion to a dedicated thread here, as it was starting to digress too heavily from this one.

Regards & Best of luck.

So where is Björnträsket for us regular folk who don't use early access? Feels like this thing rolled out ages ago...

I suspect that dealing with the tablet has been consuming all available resources at Jolla. Once they get it out the door, software releases should slowly start to return to normal...
