Hello,

I'm selling my collection of Nokia prototypes to raise money for continuing my Ducati build. I have already sold a few items and on this listing I will offer six very special phones - three pieces of N950 prototype and three pieces of 7700 prototype.

Pics of the N950's can be found here: http://aijaa.com/GB0MG4 I can send more pics to those who are interested.

First N950 has dead pixels on the bottom left corner on the LCD, like most of the prototype N950's. Otherwise in very good condition. 399

Second N950 also has the LCD problem, otherwise in very good condition. SOLD

Third N950 does not have the LCD problem but looks like it needs a reflash. Otherwise in very good condition. SOLD

Pictures of the 7700's can be found here: http://aijaa.com/3lPCn2 I can send more pics to those who are interested.

First 7700 is the rarer white color and has the battery door but no stylus. Boots up and works. SOLD

Second 7700 is also white and has the stylus. Boots up and works. SOLD

Third 7700 is black and it's missing the MMC hatch. SOLD

I only have two batteries for these but new batteries are still available for purchase.

Price: I'm open for serious offers.

I have many other prototypes available as well:

Yeah - can't remember why I originally registered, probably for something 7700 related. Now it's time for me to sell the collection and move along so I remembered this forum and my login details.

If anyone thinks I'm a con-artist I'm happy to send photos of the items including a note with my username etc.

You don't happen to have a Lauta / RM-742 by any chance? You might be able to finance a whole Ducati with that...

I was wondering. What are the differences in functionality between prototypes? Thanks!

Do you mean the differences between a prototype and a production model? Prototypes usually have a software that is still being under development so it might have some bugs and all functions may not work. There are usually also some hardware differences.

The N950 Developer version is very much different than the prototype. The proto has a curved edge glass and 64GB of ROM for example.

Interesting. What would be some of the software bugs and what functions do not work? Could this device be used to make calls and use the internet? Can you flash the image of the "production" model on these prototypes? Thanks again!

EDIT: Did you mean 64GB storage instead of 64GB ROM. Seems like a bit much for Read Only Memory!
