Unfortunately not, the 2013 version. And for some of the other languages the newest dumps seem to be from 2014.

I feel my self stupid, still 0 bytes.
Transmission says to those trackers: No response
If wait long time, they come very short time: OK(200).
And then switching next tracker to back: No response.
I use Transmission with default settings and I can download another torrents.

Looks like I had some uplink throttling which I did not notice, but now I am seeding at 5MB/s, is that OK?

What I recognized for me is that the seeders can only be found with DHT hashtable, something wrong with the trackers but I think this is a provider thing. Maybe this DHT option is disabled due to security risk.

Yea, that's true. In the beginning I did not have UDP enabled in rtorrent and that was the reason it refused to find the torrent. After enabling UDP and DHT it started working.

Hmm that DHT might reason why I still have 0 bytes...what it actually is and how to enable it?

Depends on your client... I have always used rtorrent so it is the only one I know. There's option in .rtorrent.rc to enable it

As I have understood DHT works in a way that when originally the *.torrent file is created it includes some hashes that are pushed to nearby DHT-abled clients which propagate the stuff onwards and it is stored all across the world in DHT-enabled clients at random; and when someone receives the torrent and reseeds it his DHT-hash is added to the distributed table so that others will be able to find the seeder.

And the important thing is to enable both DHT and UDP since even though the torrent itself uses TCP, the distributed hash table system uses UDP between the clients.
