I hope someone can help me with this. I've just installed Mer on my Smartq7 (yay for me) and is trying to make the wireless network to work. I follow the guide below the installation guide but when I type "sudo mount -t vfat /dev/mmcblklpl /media" (and password) in x terminal it sometimes give me information about <mount> and sometimes it tells me "mount: special device /dev/mccblklpl does not exist"

So what can I do and what should I do about it?

it should be mmcblk1p1. After k and p there is the digit 1.

Thanks for the good work spent on Mer.

Any luck yet supporting the HW buttons? Is it just a matter of time or have you run into a closed blob or something?

contains the (chip related) information needed to write a 3D driver (chapter 42). Of course, you also need to know how to write OpenGL drivers.
This: "75.8M pixels/s fill-rates @133MHz (shaded pixels)"
Voodoo2: 90 MPixels/s

Sure it must be a fast as far as opengl es devices go but it wouldn't have much horse power any normal applications these days. There is no such thing as half done opengl driver - pretty much everything must be done or nothing works. Vertex and pixel shaders, uploading of textures, frame buffer and display setup just to name some bigger pieces. Maybe two months of work at best. At short glance that doc seems pretty complete but lacks instruction sets for vertex and pixel shaders(Programmable Shader S/W Developer’s Guide). Interesting? Yes. Would having opengl support do any good or be worth it? No.

Very nice looking gizmo though.

Hardware buttons work, they are just not configured by default. You need to run a few xmodmap commands to get them to work.

I can provide more details when I get home in a few days, but it is not to complicated.

I think Ive bought from them before, but I still love the accuracy of the product description, like that the 4.3" model has a 7" screen, GPS support, FM Transmitter, etc.
