so this strange thing happened to me: i was installing an app via application manager when it said i ran out of space so i look it up and the root was full so i thought no problem i'll just cancel the install and uninstall something but when i got to uninstall and picked an app it said that it is not possible to uninstall the application so i exit and reenter only to find the text "no applications" so i think to myself that i should free some space manualy so i go to xterminal enter the gainroot command and delete "chromium" the web browser from opt/chromium and then exit and reboot, the n900 failed twice to start and then it finaly came on, i go to the disk usage tool to see how much space i had freed up but it kept saying "no partitions" if i input the command in x-terminal it doesen't show anything, app manager doesen't have any catalogs now and it says "no applications installed" and "operation failed"
suggestions anyone?
