as the title says. is this library closed or open source? i enabled activesync logging and noticed it might be closed source (licensed from Nokia??).

if available as FOSS, where can i get the source code for it?

What is libas for?
After the last update there are some libs, that are shown in Warehouse ready for update. Because Warehouse isn't a official Jolla repository, I'm not sure, if I should update them.

You are right -of course

Ok I try to ask it right. After the last update there are a lot of repositories in Warehouse enabled, which I haven't enabled.
Because of that there are updates available which i don't know if they are save:
libas-protocol
libas-common-utils
feature-eas
as-daemon
So I wanted to ask, are they save or not. And why are ther more repositories enabled than I've enabeled manually are these the official repositories (there is one which is called sailfish_lib)?

libas handles activesync protocol communications i.e. if you sync with exchange (Or hotmail).

it does all the web service calls to ews (exchange web services)
