Or find the url. Such as touch.facebook.com, m.twitter.com etc. Ebay is a bit of a pig about it annoyingly.

Or as another alternative download Opera Mobile and enable compression.

Fennec tells webservers you're using a cellphone-like device instead of a desktop-like device like how it is with microB (i found out this today, can't access the full version of Gmail with Fennec, only the mobile version and the basic HTML version)

I found something to send the useragent you.

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/fir...don/uacontrol/

you can install it easily in your N900 :

you install it on your desktop
then you copy the folder

[For linux user]
/home/$USER$/.mozilla/firefox/$YOUR SESSION$.default/extensions/uacontrol@qz.tsugumi.org

[For Windows]
/Users/$USER$/Application Data/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/x8t5arkm.default/extensions/uacontrol@qz.tsugumi.org

on your phone here:
/home/user/.mozilla/microb/extensions/

then you edit the file called : install.rdf
you replace
Code:
<em:minVersion>3.6</em:minVersion>
by
Code:
<em:minVersion>3.5</em:minVersion>
and then it rolls!

you can manage your extension through the browser
Menu/Options/Add ons

In install.rdf I also needed to set:
Code:
<em:id>{92650c4d-4b8e-4d2a-b7eb-24ecf4f6b63a}</em:id>
under
Code:
<em:targetApplication>
	<Description>
This was with PR 1.3.

Also,
Without XUL support i was unable to use the UAcontrol gui. To configure initially i needed to edit /home/user/.mozilla/microb/prefs.js and add a line like:
Code:
user_pref("uacontrol.actions", "@DEFAULT=@NORMAL sendblankUAtoMe.com=");
result: works well!
