Would be extremely cool, but why just one effect, it would be cool with a program for that, but with loads of effects...
It's not very practical, but would be fun (for a few minutes, is it worth it? probably not at first...)

Im not sure LOL
My brother about 18 months ago for my 40th Birthday got an old picture of me and made it out of Lego
It took him 3 months of evenings after work to take the design from the photo of me to the acutal product
This new Iphone app did exactly the same as what he did over 3 months of evenings in about 3 seconds LOL
Lego Designer would be very good on the N900 though, but only PC and MAC versions at the moment
