Hi,

My phone has just got stuck while swiping to unlock it. There was a text message so I swiped to unlock and it is now stuck with the "Messages" text and the little icon on screen. If I try to unlock again it just displays the standard swipe hint arrow on the RH side of the screen.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Presumably you resolved this now, either try long press on on/off to get option to power off/reboot (if enabled in developer mode) or pull battery?

I don't think you can yank the battery on the Aqua Fish (without a soldering iron and a stiff drink, anyway). But if you hold the power button long enough most phones do a hard shutdown don't they?

[edit - seems I'm wrong. I swear I read somewhere it was non-removable... edit 2 - gah, I give up, it says a different thing on each site. How damn hard can it be to get something like that right *after* a phone has been released if you run a phone review website? [Shakes head in despair]]

Hi,

I had to power off to get it working again. Fortunately the long-press worked.

The battery is removable on the Aqua Fish so if all else fails you can do that.

For ~£60 it is a really nice phone!
