I am having problems flashing my N810 see attached Screenshot its saying flash-3.0 command not recognised.

Anyone any ideas?

You don't have the flasher in that directory. Either specify the path to the flasher-3.0 binary, or move it to the ~/N810 directory.

What am I doing wrong the flash-3,0 is in the N810 directory?

Any ideas

it is possible that the flashed does not have the executable bit set.

try

chmod +x flasher-3.0 in the flasher directory.

also it those files are on fat32 external hd or flash drive then it is possible that the execute flag is disabled on all such partitions. try copying it somwhere in your home directory on a linux filesystem.
