Hey guys,

Initially i was going to recreate puzznic (nes) version, but i had too much problems trying to implement everything in my current code design. So luckily the side game gravnic that is part of puzznic for the nes did fit perfectly with my code design. I know it's a very simple game to (re)create but i'm proud of it and it took me quite some work already. The game isn't finished yet but i do have some movies to show.

The game itself is a puzzle game that basicly shifts gravity so that all blocks move in a certain direction. The aim of the game is to remove all the blocks in playfield (except for the circular one which acts as a blocking "block") in a certain amount of moves. The game has 80 of the orginal levels, you will be able to create your own levelpack (on the device itself), it has skin support and you can play upto 25 custom mod music files.

The 1st video shows the skins system and little effects between gamestates:

The 2nd video "shows" the music and sound effects as well as the score system:

As said before, the game is not a port but a remake of an existing game for the NES

There's still plenty of work to be done like creating the level (pack)editor, adding titlescreens etc but it's shapeing up nicely if i say so myselve

oh yeah both video's are take of the windows build, but the game runs just as good in the device itself. I have been trying it out on the N810 now and then and made changes where needed (like with the effects that took too much time to do on the device initially).

Hope you'll all like it when it's done

greetz joyrider.

This looks like a perfect game for an accelerometer. Like the one in RX-51.
