Has anyone tried to import their contact list into the 770's email program? I tried to load an Outlook 2002 CSV based contact list into the 770 and now my contact list is gone and corrupted. The 770 doesn't display any contacts and it won't allow me to add or edit a new one.

Any ideas? How can I recover from this mess?

Can someone post a copy of file://localhost/home/user/.osso-email/AddressBook.xml? I'm hoping that the xml file contains the contact database. I need to rebuild mine.

If you just delete the file or rename it, email will create a new one. It might be worth sending a message to the maintainer of mail - you can find his name fom the bug database at www.maemo.org/bugzilla/

And yes, it did work eventually but I went through the same corruption problems you've had.
