No! in extras-devel is no kp51r1 version. Try to reload catalogues.

Tried to reload catalogues, always says kernel...power51r1

now rebooting, then I'll post my active catalogues, maybe something wrong

This is bad. You must use fremantle and not fremantle-1.3.

Open Application Manager and edit extras-devel catalogue.

Only extras-devel and extras-testing. other are OK.
