I guess comment 6 is your best bet, but please, be calm!
Take it easy, don't expect everybody here to fix your problem, and please, read manuals and the Wiki!
AND, if you want something 100% SAFE, go to Tech Support OR directly at Nokia Service Center or Customer Care or whatever it's called, or with your phone carrier attention center.
If you don't want to expend money, Read to see if that has been useful and "safe" for others, AND use common sense! And remember everything you do by yourself and not being directed explicitly by a Technician from NOKIA is your responsibility, not of the people who posted a solution that worked for them.
