yes u were right, it isn't related to camera-ui or 720p..the problem was solved on rebooting...thanks

we can't use your program with ammty 720pREC one, right? as we have to remove the gstreamer to use yours while ammty's require it, right?

another problem i can see is that my kmplayer is closing when i choose open file after doing hd files> is that related or is it me only?

solved my problem. now recording and playing 720p videos without any proble.

Are there any "test videos" so that we can all download and report back?You are going to get a much more consistant reports and you are going to eliminate the "oh, my frame rate sucks" and relative comments.

just a suggestion

everyone got already a "test video". It's 720p video, that you record with your own camera, after applying freemangordon's stuff.

Sure, If we count as a problem the fact they don't work with 720p codecs installed. Nothing to be done until gstreamer0.10-dsp harmattan source code becomes available.
