Thanks it helped, but now when i try to install system package, i get errors like this:

Maybe aegis errors so you need to re-install aegis?
Can you try download only then extract the .deb?
Aegis .debs:
aegis-certman-common-ca
aegis-certman-tools
aegis-codesigning-ca-001
aegis-crypto-tools
aegis-enabler-enforce
aegis-enabler
aegis-global-tokens
aegis-install
aegis-ovi-source-policy
aegis-unknown-source-policy
aegisfs
Although i think aegis-install is sufficient...
OR simply download dpkg and extract it?
EDIT: I think your refhashlist is screwed? Can you check the hash in refhashlist for /usr/bin/dpkg? Is it the same as the hash for the file you just put in?
