but it is rewarding to the spirit...
and workin' outdoors with a good view doesn't hurt either...that unto itself is some recompense ...
can't say it doesn't keep you fit either.
But I'd rather enjoy a good hiking/camping excursion through the woods than plant them

We are actually fighting that water war quietly for now....

Across B.C. alone there are about 10 such companies doing this practice...Nestle is one of the most horrendous offenders in society today.
They move throughout the continent going to rural areas and literally siphon out of the ground.. hundreds of millions of litres of drinking water per year...from a single location alone...pay nothing...bottle it and sell it back to people. They drain the aquafirs leaving everone around with no water at all..residents, farmers..everyone..left with nothing...and when they've drained that local resource...they move on to the next. The ceo of the company is directly quoted on film during an interview stating that "the human right to water as a necessity shouldn't be a right." THAT is the kind of corporate mentality that we deal with here in North America..whether it be Canada or the U.S.
Hell ...didn't I just mention that NASA just stated that global water levels have drastically dropped in just the last year?
This kind of practice nowadays is sheer wholesale madness ...
I believe there is no room for behaviour like this on the planet any longer. What will inevitably happen I don't think will bode well for any of us.

That quote sounds ridicules...you should make him go and fish for water elsewhere. Yeah. It's tricky. Who owns the water, who owns the oil. who owns the wind...who owns the moon. This is political issue. Maybe declare marshall law and confiscate all the water. the water companies employees lots of people in this area?
