Ok, so maybe i'm misinformed.
On the download page for the vbga emu, it says 'created by Marat Fayzullin'. From what i understand, he's been doing emu's for a long time and for lots of platforms. There seems to be no connection to nokia
So even if the emu is illegal (which it can't be, because it imitates un-patentable algorithms, not hardware), why is nokia sued? They can't be held responsible for 3rd party apps, even if they do distribute them

It's just your local cache showing it. It's actually gone now. Thanks.

I don't think Nokia is sued yet. Nintendo is looking into the situation.

Nevertheless Nokia inadvertently promoted their device by using copyrighted material from Nintendo. Inadvertently because I don't think it was a deliberate corporate decision to make such a video, but since conversations.nokia.com is Nokia's official blog and those who write there are either Nokia employees or get paid by Nokia, Nokia might be responsible. For example you can't just take a song from some artist and promote your product without asking for permission to use said song.

The emulator video is marked private and unaccessible.

Wow so Nokia can do something quickly but only when it's gonna get sued... right

You're welcome
But the packages were really there in that time, it wasn't my cache (mainly because I haven't cached those URLs).

Revenge, I tell you. Apple will do anything in its power to see Nokia on the defense table.
