F2thaK, you seem to be missing the index.theme file in the /usr/share/themes/faster directory. This is probably what's causing the red icons since your script then effectively tries to apply a theme that doesn't exist. Also, the script seems to copy the .config directory in the root (/) instead of the user directory (/home/user/), which is wrong.

Tried the same way..
Copy and paste everything into phone.
sh /home/user/MyDocs/FT-install.sh
/config is a directory
/usr is a directory
Hence, these files can't be moved to /usr and /.config..

cp -R usr/ /
for the mcompositor, use file manager to paste it
I only feel the speed after doing it manually

I applied this and I received the orange square problem. The link you posted in your other guide for "Faster, Darker, Better" theme that shows a fix for this issue, but it seems to be a link to fixing emoticons that are not displaying properly. Does this somehow fix all of the orange squares? (All of my icons were displayed as orange squares).
