I have had no problems with this command. But Ive recently found that only a reboot fully applies themes. I will remove the command.

I have a note.
There's no need for a reboot just restart meegotouchhome.
Type in the terminal as standard user (not as root!!!):
killall meegotouchhome
And voila changes are applied without reboot.
