Yes!
As is K9Call which does the same.

K9Call is an onscreen numeric keyboard, DrLaunch is a set of icons to start several programs and is customizable on icon size and icon ammount.

With the desktop UI rotating in CSSU it is no longer required.

Delete your DrLaunch widgets and recreate them as proper shortcuts.
I just deleted all desktop icons to get them better organised.
Also the rotation icon effect is so nice that i started to use screen lock so icons turn when i turn the phone and desktop rotate don't hide them.

They both have the same issue due to desktop rotation in CSSU.

I used to use DrLaunch and on installing CSSU after a week I removed it.
It's just not need, buggy, takes up lots of memory...etc etc
The proper supported way as above is best.
