To the thread starter: I'm not exactly a fan of Apple, but officially asking for ripping them off by stealing their OS without paying for it isn't quite considered the most legal thing to do.
As others have said, if you like iOS and the AppStore, what is keeping you from buying an iPhone? You know, the money you would spend that way would be put into further improving their soft- and hardware, and the money you then spend on apps will be turned into new apps you might like.
So buying an iPhone would be a win-win situation, other than the win-lose situation you were proposing. Apple being on the win-side, btw...

A huge and vocal flock of "mainstream" sheep will always attract the inevitable flock of anti-sheep. They just don't realise that by being anti-sheep they're still letting the herder rule them, indirectly.
