I received no cancellation email but at this point it's more of a "we didn't bother to tell you we cancelled". Stuck in limbo -_-. and can't get through @ that #
Same for me. Calling the number eventually results in "unable to process your call" and a hang up. The charge on my card shows as a pre-authorization, not a full-fledged charge. I fully expect it will be cancelled eventually.

What annoys me most is that even though it's not a real charge, it places the funds on hold. Could be for some time, depending on how soon it gets resolved.

Just shot an email to customer service, don't expect much from that route either.

So this seems less and less like something simple to get a hold of, in either the 16GB or 32GB versions (no word on the 64GB ones either?)...

Guess it would be legwork time to hit all the stores in the area to get one, and this is still with no promise there will be any new OS's, but hopefully Android will get placed on it. Does anyone that owns one know if they have a flash/resinstall option for WebOS?

I have to chuckle when I see the commercials now, they haven't been able to pull them yet.

yea i am also with that unable to process order crap, i hope it'll go through.
I also got one from OneSale on Amazon, which I also have No idea if it'll get here.
I got on that B\N deal right at the beginning, maybe they froze everything until they see who got it first.

If any of those fail, HP.com are still well stocked, i believe at least a 100k, if not more.

1 thing is certain, B\N are FOOLS.
Not only that they over-ordered, they also refer everyone to their under-equipped telephone service. pffft.

PC World UK have them for £115.00 and £89.00, but they don't have delivery to other EU countries.

No luck for me, B&N cancelled as expected. Hold on funds will be released per my banks normal process.
