Its very simple since the versions are the same you actually have to do nothing!
Still if you are in doubt and want to just ensure you are using the latest and greatest then do as root:

apt-get clean apt-get install --reinstall -d twitter twitter-meego twitter-qml /usr/sbin/incept /var/cache/apt/archives/twitter*
Edit: If you had installed more than just twitter from n950 i.e. libmeegotwitter1just add it to the --reinstall command and incept it
Edit 2: The instructions above are for those who had incepted the N950 version; if you had used fixed_origin due to openmode you just need to do the --reinstall step without the -d flag and you are done

This is interesting as in theory Nokia fired everybody who worked on Meego... so how come they managed to get one of their stock apps updated?

I'm sure somebody of the 98 000 people working for Nokia knows something about Qt or MeeGo.
Anyways it is nice to see at least some udpates.
