Same here... I'm getting really frustrated. They definitely have some issues with Switzerland and Norway, just look at the spreadsheet again. Damn.

This is not funny at all. Why forget norway and switzerland, just because were not eu??!!

A lot of people would be relieved if they could get the information.
If I have understood correctly there isn't any unambiguous upper limit order number that has been already shipped. It seems they will in some cases skip some order numbers like Norway and Switzerland orders. Not even going to two order number series.

I am speculating they don't know what forms have to be filled in when exporting outside EU VAT area and don't have time to find out.
