Hey Guys

Couldn't see any threads relating directly to this issue (well not so much issue but dirty situation :P ).

I use my N900 for music pretty much everyday and lately have noticed the sound to cut in and out due to the jack not contacting correctly. I have confirmed my headphones are not the cause. So I was just wondering if anyone has ever cleaned their headphone jacks before and how they approached it. I was hoping a cotton bud would fit in there but its to large. So before I experimented further I thought I'd see if anyone else had any ideas.

a cotton bud does fit in there, just need to tweak its edges (lol). Pull out and loosen up some of the cotton at the end so it looks more like a wisp/feather, then stuff it in and rotate away.

even works for the tiny deep holes where them screws are found!

Inter-dental brush and very small volume of iso-propyl alcohol?
