all the books ive found til now are about c++
i hope i will find any book about c.
wich sdk is better to learn and understand?
qt sdk or carbride c++

But Qt is C++. If you wish to do Qt apps you'll need C++ (or one of the languages where there exists Qt bindings, but that's even tougher for a newcomer)

i know but all the books about c++ require basic knowledges about c programming language.

I found this to be a very useful c++ tutorial:

Also I would like to second the advice that someone else gave a few posts ago that you should have patience. Some concepts will take time for you to absorb. You'll also find that initially you'll do some things the hard way before you learn the easy way to do them and that actually helps you learn.

My last piece of advice is to learn by doing. Everything looks good and dandy on paper but nothing will really stick in your head until you start compiling and debugging. You'll also be more eager to learn about how to do something specific when you intend on using it directly in your code to do something.
