Greetings, I am trying to install mouse support ( http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=66141 )
When I go to X terminal to change the main.conf
I put in:
Sudo gainroot

then

/etc/bluetooth/main.conf

I then get: /bin/sh: /etc/bluetooth/main.conf: permission denied

How come I have denied permission? Isn't rootsh supposed to give me root access? Please help and thanks.

That's a configuration file, not an executable or script. You want to edit it, not run it.

Does it have write permissions, try:

chmod u+w main.conf

Are you running emelFM2 as root?

try:
sudo gainroot
vi /etc/bluetooth/main.conf

To edit the file, press "i". You can then edit normally.
Press "esc" softkey when done, then type ":wq" to save and quit, or ":q!" to quit without saving
