there is unzip and unrar from extra-devel repo if i remember , have both installed and they opdn zip or rar directly using default gile manager

As root you can just type:

apt-get install unzip

This adds the unzip command to your x-terminal options.

i am gettong a failed to refresh on my repos , I should post on a diffrent thread , but anybody no what i need to fix this , maybe what info i need to put in the repos.

The repos are dead at the moment, already poked X-Fade.

Thanks , any info on when they will be up , got a file i need to unzip from work ?
