Okey, can you try to cold flash it? Just put
-c -h RX-51:2101 --serial-port=usb before defining -F imagename etc in the flashing command

so the command line should be like this:?

sudo /usr/bin/flasher-3.5 -c -h -F /Users/me/Downloads/\"RX-51_2009SE_10.2010.19-1.002_PR_COMBINED_002_ARM.bin\"attachment -f -R --serial-port=us

and it is not mandatory to specify -R

And make sure that you have the latest flasher in use

I did connect the n900 in flash mode (holding 'u') and try again, but this kind of freeze on this=

And what does it say if you flash it normally like you did in the first time, not cold flash.
