I like the way that Stack Overflow and the other Stack Exchange sites work in regards to filtering out the useful information from the noise.

In this thread it has been suggested that we could start a Stack Exchange type of site, and I think it would be a good way to answer all of the common questions that we get bombarded with. Something under the maemo.org umbrella would be more ideal, but the chances of getting something like that set up seem slim to me.
I've created a proposal here on the Area51 staging area. If the proposal were to get enough of a following to gain a critical mass of people and get to the next stage my main concern would be that the community might become further divided when we already seem to have a lot of Maemo focussed sites.
