My calibration went so far out of whack this morning that it wouldn't calibrate - it kept saying "click closer to the target". I finally ended up reflashing it, and everything was dead on just after flashing.

After a few hours of use, I noticed the right side of the screen was off by about 3 mm, but the left side was perfect.

Screen calibration does absolutely nothing. I even tried calibrating it wrong, just to see what happened, and nothing happened. The left was still perfect and the right was still off the same amount.

Where does the calibration utility store it's settings?

I'm beginning to think the same. I have same kind of problem and calibration tool does nothing. Calibration is about 2mm off all over the screen.

Also I'm thinking that is this after all a software fault and not hardware because my screen got changed in service and it didn't help at all. I took it back there today and will see what happens.
