It's called Nokia N8 Wallpaper Manager (in easier living)

But for some reason the link is not working anymore, can't find it in newest submissions, and searching for it returns with no results.

If they kill the N8 project...
Perhaps using Python++...
And overclocking N900...
With 16 GB SD...
Then the system could meet the power requirements for so intensive float-computing process... is an infinite array computable?
Anyway, I will need open drivers for DSP...
