Hi, im trying to put the librarys of python on my n900, because when i open X terminal, and write: python rotate.py (example of the rotate screen) the x terminal say: python: not found.

can anyone help me? im newbie, and need help!!! PLEASE

One way to do this without needing too much command line stuff would be to install some application (with Application Manager) from Maemo extras, which is built using Python. Like PyGTKEditor. or PyRecipe.
That will install all the required dependencies as well (including python) and you could start playing around with it...

If you are running latest firmware, extras repository should be already enabled. If not, see here
