Careful about voting multiple times by clearing caches, or using different browsers on the same PC, or different PCs behind the same NATted IP. They will notice the multiple votes coming from the same IP address and probably wipe all votes from that address. You would probably get away with voting once from a home PC and once from a work PC, though.

Point people to the poll also feels different than trying to stuff the ballots. People should vote on what they think the best devices are.
