OK, reviving a 2 year old post was accidental. But "spraying" about the PIM features? That's a bit harsh--it was only two posts. Besides, shouldn't we all be able to express what works, doesn't work, what we like, don't like, need, don't need, were happy about, were disappoint with, etc. especially in regards to an open platform. I believe that feedback actually helps developers know where to focus. If you are a developer working on the built-in PIM or an alternative PIM, then I want to work with you and be supportive, because right now I don't have a workable solution.
