i think it would probably be more helpful if bugzilla was easier to look at but maybe when a new bug was posted it aut-posted an update to the forums in a specific thread?
I post them weekly, and each one reports all new bugs and all resolved bugs in its given area for that week, plus other details such as the bugs and enhancements that currently have the most votes. I began posting these Bug Jars a couple years ago to try to help regular users* better understand what's happening in Bugzilla, and I'm always looking for feedback on how I can improve them.
* Including me. I learned Bugzilla--and a lot about Maemo--as I created the Bug Jar reports.
