Try USPS.
About 30$ with a small insurance (there are cheaper ones too).
Also EBay uses the Bulgarian EMS service AFAIK, which has tracking.

Yes I think the cheapest ways to ship should be even under $30.
But do I have to pay some extra fees? For example should there be any problems with customs or something?

Customs will tax everything above $20 if I'm not mistaken.
