No, because the Nokia Tablets don't support Java. Or if it does, it does java very slowly.

The tablet support javascript without any problems, but AFAIK they can't do java applets at all.

ya runescape is a java applet, so it doesn't support it. You could probably do it through vnc viewer or rdesktop.
