2. Unistall Sailfish icon pack
3. Unistall Sailfish theme
4. Install Sailfish theme
5. Choose Sailfish emoticons in settings
Problem still exist
6. Fix emoticon cashe

Sorry, I don't support other themes. One thing - sailfish theme and sailfish-iconpack use same files.

All themes except Sailfish. They aren't my projects, so I don't know what is wrong there.

But I talk only about Sailfish theme 
Yesterday I istalled IOS7 theme for a while, and check that in there problem doesn't exist. I have this on Sailfish theme before. But I think, that I destroy something by install sailfish emoticons manually.
